Before You Begin
To help make your submission process as smooth as possible:
- Check membership requirements. Some awards require an active AMPP membership. Review the eligibility requirements for your selected award and, if needed, join AMPP before submitting your nomination.
- Save as you go. Your application can be completed over multiple sessions before the submission deadline.
- Preview before submitting. Review your responses before finalizing your nomination.
- Review the award requirements. Each award has unique eligibility criteria and submission requirements.
- Required fields. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
- Supporting materials. File size limits and accepted file types are listed where uploads are required.
- Confirmation email. You'll receive an email confirming your submission once your nomination has been successfully submitted.
